ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್ 17 ರಿಂದ 20 ರವರೆಗೆ , ಧಾರವಾಡ ಕೃಷಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ , ಏನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ನಡೆದವು, ಮತ್ತು ಏನೇನು ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧನೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಕೃಷಿ ತಜ್ಞರು ಏನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಎಂದು ಈಗ ನೋಡೋಣ…

ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ದಿತ ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಯು ಕೂಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ,ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ತನೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇದೆ. ಎಂದು ತುಮಕೂರಿನ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಜಿನಿ (JEENI) ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಕಂಪನಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದಂತಹ ದಿಲೀಪ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಆಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದ 2022 2023ರ ಸಾಲಿನ ಕೃಷಿ ಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿನಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾಗಿದ್ದಂತ ದಿಲೀಪ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು, ಶೂನ್ಯ ಅಂದರೆ ಜೀರೋ ಬಂಡವಾಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ಜೀನಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಇಂದು ಸುಮಾರು 450 ಜನರು ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಮಾಸಕ್ಕೆ 45 ಲಕ್ಷ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ದಿಲೀಪ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟ್ ತರಕಿಂತ ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನೀಡಿ ರೈತರ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಿಂದ ಅವರ ತಕ್ಕಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೂಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣ ಏನೆಂದರೆ ಜಿನಿ (JEENI) ಎಂಬ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನದ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಆಗಿದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಇದರ ನೇರ ಉಪಯೋಗ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಕೇವಲ ಬಂಡವಾಳದಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ , ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಅಸಾದ್ಯ, ಒಂದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಆಲೋಚನೆ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಮತ್ತು ದಣಿವರಿಯದ ಶ್ರಮ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಏನು ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಸಾಧಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ನೇಚರ್ ಜಾಗರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದಂತಹ ಮಹಾಲಿಂಗಪ್ಪ ಯತ್ನಾಳ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ರೈತರು ಒಂದು ಟನ್ ಕಬ್ಬನ್ನು ತಾವು ಬೆಳೆದ ಹೊಲದಿಂದ ಕಡಿದು ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸುಮಾರು 2700rs ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತಲೆ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ಅದೇ ಒಂದು ಟನ್ ಕಬ್ಬನ್ನು ಕಬ್ಬಿನಿಂದ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾರಿದರೆ 30000 ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನೇ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ನನಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ನನಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅವಮಾನ ಇಂದಿಗೆ ಅದೇ ನನ್ನ ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
